If you have a medical Emergency, STOP READING, and call 911.

We can't accept Medicare or treat you if Medicare covers you

Medicare does not allow for house calls and forbids enrolled physicians from accepting cash from patients who Medicare covers. To continue working in emergency rooms, I must stay enrolled in Medicare which means if Medicare covers you, our services are unavailable to you. At some point, if it becomes feasible for me to stop working ER shifts, then I can withdraw from Medicare and will be able to offer these services to Medicare Patients.

Whether you want to be seen right now in a few hours or next week you can check on the availability of the doctor, choose a time and he’ll come to you.

Make a Payment

You can pay right here on the website. As we get started, the charge for a house call is $350 though this is likely to increase. You’ll be charged for additional services such as an EKG or laceration repair and we’ll collect that at the end of the visit.

Answer some questions about your medical history. You can do that right here or wait and tell the doctor when he arrives.

If you have a simple issue

that you believe we can solve over a video link, then we can do a telemedicine consultation. Telemedicine is an evolving field and meeting medical standards of care can be challenging without face-to-face contact and the physical exam. For that reason, on a new patient encounter, the video link is mandatory. If I can't at least see you then establishing the doctor-patient relationship required for me to assess and treat you will fail. I will not make recommendations, generate orders, or write prescriptions without visual contact unless I have seen you before. Furthermore, if I determine that I cannot assess you via video then your fee will be applied to a house call but not refunded.

Legal Services

Standard of Care Review

Generally for attorneys both plaintiff and defendant who wish to understand if medical standards were applied in the care of a patient. Before you hire an expert we’ll evaluate the overall care a patient received and whether it met standards for any specialty and explain why or why not.

Medical Report Editing

Medical Experts are often the best in their field, but they didn’t get there by taking English.  I can rewrite an expert’s report in language anyone can understand while remaining true to their explicit meaning and work with that expert to produce a document they will have no qualms about signing. After discussing the case with them I can even provide a first draft and, with their subsequent input edit and rewrite it to their specifications, saving them a lot of time and effort. Prices start at $1,000. Please put down a  $100 deposit to receive an estimate. The deposit is 100% refundable if you choose not to use this service.
