Standard of Care Assessment (for attorneys)

Description

This is a service provided for attorneys considering legal claims on your behalf. I will put particular emphasis on care provided regarding contemporaneous standards of care. Like medical expert testimony, I will remain impartial and not draw conclusions, but I will compare the care received with the standard of medical care for the circumstance. Thus, I have no preference and place no emphasis on services provided to either plaintiff or defendant cases. Because of this, my suggestion to potential attorney clients is that you ideally engage this service PRIOR to accepting a case. Additional fees apply for records exceeding 1,000 pages. Allow 4 weeks after records are received.

If you already represent either a defendant or plaintiff and have engaged an expert but are still having problems translating the expert’s reports into language that is plain and concise to you, the court, and jury, I can work with your expert and their initial report to produce a document you can file that will make the salient facts and the science supporting their conclusions abundantly clear.
