Description
New patients must have video capability. If the doctor can’t see you then the visit will be limited to qualified advice only. The appointment is 30 minutes. The video format is for simple issues. For instance, I am unlikely to provide new prescriptions based on a video encounter if I don’t already know you.
You will receive a zoom invitation by email shortly after booking the appointment.
You may cancel the appointment up to 40 minutes prior for a full refund. After that, you may reschedule but there will be no refund.
